I’m a certified personal trainer (ISSA) and certified exercise physiologist (ACSM) who has a university degree in exercise science and nutrition from Metropolitan State University of Denver. But most of all, I have a proven track record of success with thousands of clients. I’ll sift through all the information out there to determine what will work best for YOU.

SarahMy Story and Why It Matters

I exercised like crazy as a young girl. But by the time I got to high school, I realized I had some serious body image issues. I wanted to look like the other cheerleaders and get the cute boys. But I was short (5’1”) with a curvy athletic build and struggled with disordered eating.

My 2006 move to Aspen, Colorado changed everything. Surrounded by beauty, I faced my unhealthy behaviors around food and lost weight by doing things I discovered I loved: lifting weights, playing tennis, hiking, mountain biking, and skiing.

My transformation didn’t happen overnight. It took time. I put in the hard work and went through successes and setbacks. But I was determined to feel good in my body again, to love myself again, and to stop the yo-yo dieting and binging.

So can you! I’m here to help.

Becoming a personal trainer and obtaining my degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Nutrition was the BEST decision I ever made. I’ve never felt that what I do is just a “job.” It is my true calling and purpose in my life.

What Is Online Coaching?

Online coaching is a way to reach you no matter where you are. You’ll save time and money and by working with me via Skype or phone. You will:

  • Manage your time and workouts according to your schedule, not mine.
  • Have access to a coach who genuinely understands motivation, accountability, consistency and behavior change and will be with you every step of the way.

If you were to work with me in person, the cost might exceed $1100 per month. For much less than half that, you can get all the same benefits. I’ll explain how we can develop a plan and track results on your free consultation call.
