I’m a certified personal trainer (ISSA) and certified exercise physiologist (ACSM) who has a university degree in exercise science and nutrition from Metropolitan State University of Denver. But most of all, I have a proven track record of success with thousands of clients. I’ll sift through all the information out there to determine what will work best for YOU.
