Sarah Timpe Fitness exists to motivate, educate and inspire each client to reach optimal levels of performance and balance in life and ultimately be the best he or she can be. I achieve this by one on one fitness coaching, on-line training, on-line health coaching, specialized programs, along with ongoing support, motivation and accountability. At Sarah Timpe Fitness I also focus on injury free and preventative techniques that are adapted for each individual client. My holistic approach and outlook to fitness and wellness in an environment that fosters a positive energy and friendly spirit empowers you to reach a state of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual balance.
